MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Chris Stump

At Fringe Fighters, we believe that no one in our community should be left behind. Our mission is to support vulnerable elderly adults and unemployed women by providing compassion, practical resources, and opportunities that help them regain stability, confidence, and independence.

Fringe Fighters was created with one purpose in mind: to bring our community together and create a support system for those facing hardship. We understand that many seniors struggle with isolation, food insecurity, limited resources, and a lack of support. At the same time, many women are searching for opportunities to rebuild their lives, gain valuable skills, and become employable in today’s workforce. Our organization exists to help bridge those gaps.

Through community outreach and hands-on support, we work to empower individuals with the tools they need to flourish. We aim to provide skill-building opportunities that increase employability, encourage self-sufficiency, and restore dignity and hope. Whether it is helping an elderly neighbor access essential resources or helping a woman gain marketable skills for a new career path, our goal is to create lasting positive change.

We are more than a nonprofit — we are a growing community of people who believe in lifting one another up. By fostering connection, compassion, and opportunity, Fringe Fighters is dedicated to building a stronger, more supportive future for everyone we serve.

Together, we can create a community where people are cared for, valued, and given the chance to thrive.
